I recently bought a Range Rover for 36k from them and had several mechanical issues within the first 10 days. I returned the car to them and they only credited me 28k because they claim the market changed for the car. Do not buy from this outfit. Nothing but issues with the car. Had to bring it back two days after taking possession due to state warranty clause. Did not want me to take to *** dealership to get it checked out. Hmm, I wonder ********** learned, Never Again!!!

Found an Escalade online via carfax.com. Spoke to Val, one of the salesman. Approved for the loan and agreed to have the vehicle shipped from their location to mine for an additional cost. They would not email me the approved loan information but stated they would overnight it for me to look at, then sign. Sold me a truck and neglected to disclose any of the major issues. Begged them to buy it back. They refused. They charged me blue book value for a truck full of issues. Doesn't even have a usable bed. They are scam artist. I've never seen a 90k mile truck in such rough shape. See video. I made a $33200 online mistake because I trusted salesman Alex!! I purchased 2015 Lexus LS with around 60000 miles on it and Alex told me the car was in perfect condition and never mentioned that car was in accident and poorly repaired and it’s obviously visible from the space !!! Took it to the professional auto body shop to see what actually happened and they told me that car have so much damage and the best way is to return the car because they will charge me $12000 to repair the car properly!! While driving Jaguar back to Wisconsin, radiator hose broke. Next day took vehicle to Jaguar Dealership they said I needed new brakes for $895. Place is a rip off.

Bought from them as they where a preferred sealer from USAA and my husband is a 100% disabled vet and it was a horrible decision...hearing core was out leaks everywhere cracked radiator bad thermostat and more 5,000 worth of work later and still having issues needless to say we are working with USAA to have them pulled from buyers list...also we contacted them and they where supper rude and didn’t care to help!
